Marketplace Products/Services:
A refund may be issued if the product provided by the seller does not align with the description or promises made in the listing.

Refunds are granted if the service fails to function as described.

Social Media Accounts
Marketplace Accounts:
No refunds or returns are permitted once the transaction is complete.
Accounts Sold by Mid-Man:
- Refunds are allowed only if the account does not match the description provided.
- Disclaimer: After the account is delivered, Mid-Man is not responsible for any issues, including but not limited to demonetization, suspension, or other account-related problems.
- As these are digital products, Mid-Man cannot verify customer actions post-delivery.
AdSense Account Support
Occasionally, Mid-Man may provide a complimentary U.S. AdSense account during special promotions. This gift is not part of the product purchase and comes with no warranty or guarantee. Mid-Man is not responsible for the gifted AdSense account.
Trustpilot Reviews
Warranty Conditions:
Mid-Man offers a 3-month replacement warranty from the date the review is first posted. If a review is deleted or becomes invalid within this period, it will be replaced at no cost. Replacement reviews are delivered within 7 days.
Refund Conditions:
Refunds are considered in these situations:
- If the reviews purchased are not received within 7 days of the expected order completion date.
- If Mid-Man cannot replace a deleted review during the warranty period.
Refunds will be issued only for reviews that cannot be replaced. Successfully delivered and maintained reviews are non-refundable.
Other Social Media Accounts
No Refund After Delivery
All sales are final once a social media account is delivered.

- Delivery is deemed complete once the buyer receives account login information via email or another agreed-upon method.
