Thank you for using Mid-Man (“Mid-Man”). These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a binding contract between you and Mid-Man, Inc. (“Company”). By accessing the Mid-Man platform or purchasing any service, you agree to adhere to this Agreement. This includes additional terms that may apply to specific areas of the website or services. Mid-Man reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Website Usage
Mid-Man provides services such as social media engagement and account-related offerings (“Services”). By purchasing these Services, you agree to:
- Pay the specified price.
- Have authority to make the purchase.
- Use or access the associated social media account lawfully.
- Avoid using the Services for fraudulent or illegal activities.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. Refunds are only available per the Refund Policy, with any other refunds being granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on the Mid-Man platform, including text, images, videos, and code, is the property of Mid-Man or authorized contributors and is protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Mid-Man is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform or its Services. Your use is at your own risk.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Mid-Man harmless from any claims arising from your use of the platform or Services, including any breaches of this Agreement.
User Conduct
Users must use Mid-Man only for lawful purposes. You may not compromise site security, damage content, or interfere with accessibility. Unauthorized modifications or access are prohibited.
Confidential Information
Mid-Man will maintain the confidentiality of order-related information. Any other material submitted to the platform will be considered non-confidential, granting Mid-Man a royalty-free right to use it as needed.
Correction of Errors
Mid-Man reserves the right to correct inaccuracies and update content without prior notice, though immediate correction is not guaranteed.
Agreement Scope
This Agreement represents the full understanding between parties regarding the subject matter.
Termination of Service
Mid-Man reserves the right to terminate your participation and withhold funds if you violate the terms or misuse the platform.
Third-Party Marketing Campaigns
You may not run concurrent marketing campaigns during a Mid-Man campaign. Mid-Man uses public data to measure results, and conflicting campaigns may interfere with these measurements.
Offline Payments
Mid-Man accepts offline payments via cash or check. Campaigns begin only after payment clears. Offline payments are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Campaign Duration
Mid-Man provides no guarantees on campaign completion timelines. Any timeframes are estimates and should not be considered binding.
Pausing Campaigns
Mid-Man reserves the right to pause campaigns when necessary, such as during account changes or technical upgrades. Paused campaigns are not eligible for refunds.
Account Modifications
Do not alter your account, username, or linked content during a campaign without prior approval. Unapproved changes may result in campaign interruption, termination, or forfeiture of refund eligibility.
Social Media Accounts
Mid-Man is not responsible for account suspensions, removals, or other changes caused by social media platforms. Services are purchased at your own risk. For YouTube monetized channels, you have three days to verify and secure the account after purchase, after which Mid-Man assumes no responsibility.
Over-Delivery of Service
Mid-Man may provide more than the guaranteed amount of followers, subscribers, or other metrics. These “Extras” act as a buffer and are not covered by retention guarantees or eligible for replacement.
Marketplace Use
By using the Mid-Man Marketplace, buyers and sellers agree to the terms detailed in the “How Mid-Man Marketplace Works” section.
